I am a 21-year-old woman in a relationship with a 27-year-old guy for 11 months. Everyone in my close circle and my mom knows about us. But he has told no one, not even his besties. He told me last night that he wont marry me as he isn’t financially well settled (this is true). But why is he hiding our relationship? Is he cheating on me?

I don’t know about the cheating bit but the bloke has some aces up his rather wretched sleeve or else why would he deny it to even his besties? I think this man is in it for the fun and if you really believe he will marry you, then think again. My advice would be to give him an ultimatum (which women are brilliant at) and if he doesn’t act by then, you need to walk away from this poor sod.

I am an 18-year-old boy and will sit for my HS exams soon. I met a girl in my school two years ago and we fell deeply in love. A year back she told me that she had been married off four years ago! I was upset and found the whole idea intolerable. Recently, I finally broke up with her. I’m missing her badly, but have I done the right thing?

Do you have a brain? Or were you born without one? What do you think you bright button? Obviously she is pulling you along and wonderfully at that. She has no interest in you and you are both young and a prized dolt to even think she will settle down with you. In your case, don’t walk but just run away from her.
