Tasty can be healthy too is the mantra by which Eat Good Food, a cafe by nutritionist and t2 columnist Hena Nafis, runs. The Ballygunge cafe unveiled its new menu last month with a chat on health and food over a selection of recently introduced dishes for munch. Bengali’s love for food and how a new healthy menu can benefit a more health-conscious generation was the talk of the table. “We simplified the menu so that it’s easier for customers to choose from. We have taken some regular dishes and given them a healthy twist,” said Hena. Loyalists need not worry, the popular dishes from the previous menu have been retained.
