Happiness in a bowl

“All things Japanese have grown in popularity in recent years and ramen perhaps more so. Part of its appeal is the very democratic nature of this slurpy dish of soup, meat and noodles. We make our noodles in-house and allow the stock to simmer slowly for over eight hours, giving the broth a robust flavour,” said Prashanth, executive chef, The Fatty Bao.
