Spread across 1,200sq ft, with a seating capacity of around 40, the space has been done up with the look and feel of Awadh. Be it the plaster of Paris designs on the wall, the age-old hookah used as a decor element or the intricate carvings on the ceiling, there is attention to detail in each corner.
While the first outlet of Naushiijaan in Kasba Rajdanga impressed foodies with its biryani and kebabs, here’s looking forward to the same from the new restaurant. t2 dropped by for a taste of Awadh.
A private dining section, ideal for small gatherings, is furnished with low seating, chandeliers and even has a selfie corner laden with Awadhi headgear and caps that guests can sport while clicking themselves.

Each corner has a story to tell, and each dish has some history associated with it,” said directors Vinay and Shalini Arora.
