The Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISER) commenced the registration process for the IISER Aptitude Test (IAT) 2024, on April 1. Interested candidates can submit their application through the official website - iiseradmission.in. The registration window will be live till May 13, 2024.

Step-by-step guide on how to apply

Step 1: Visit the official website at iiseradmission.in.

Step 2: Click on the registration link displayed on the homepage.

Step 3: If you are a new user, complete registration to obtain login credentials.

Step 4: Login > Proceed to fill out the application form.

Step 5: Upload the required documents (photograph, and signature).

Step 6: Make the payment of the application fee.

Step 7: Submit and take a printout of the form for future reference.

Incomplete/incorrect application form will be rejected. So, the candidates are advised to carefully fill out the form with accurate details. However, from May 16 to May 17, an edit option facility will be available to the candidates for the correction of data in their application form.

Application Fees

  • General/EWS/OBC/OBC-NCL - ₹2000
  • PwD/Kashmiri Migrants/SC/ST - ₹1000

The IISER Aptitude Test (IAT) 2024 will be conducted on June 9, 2024, as per the official schedule released. This exam is a crucial institute-level selection procedure for aspiring students who want to seek admission to the four-year BS in Engineering Sciences and Economic Sciences at IISER Bhopal and five-year BS-MS programmes at the various campuses of IISER (Berhampur, Bhopal, Kolkata, Mohali, Pune, Thiruvananthapuram, and Tirupati).
