As bar takeovers have become a trend of sorts in 2024, AMPM Kolkata, too, has not shied away from hosting bars from outside the city. As a part of their one-year celebration, the final takeover saw Bitters & Co. from Nepal stir up a storm, with Nepali tastes and flavours. Led by Rovin Gurung, this was his first takeover in the city, followed by another at Miss Ginko the next day. With live and DJ music, Rovin’s team shook, stirred and poured the night away
With Dewar’s as the official partner, cocktails on offer included Evolution, Cubano, From The Land of Himalayas and Tora Tora. Using Dewar’s 12, Bombay Sapphire and Patron Silver as base mixes, the drinks also featured Nepali flavours like Gundruk distillate
