It was lit and fit as Karma turned eight

The Karma Annual Bash 2017 presented by Bodyline saw members, trainers, guests and the owners of the eight-year-old fitness chain burn some serious calories on the dance floor at the P.C. Chandra Lawns on January 12. t2 danced along!

Gagan Sachdev feeds a piece of b’day cake to wife Rashmi. The duo have been the “Sachin Tendulkar and Sourav Ganguly” of the fitness scene in the city with Bodyline and Karma. “Karma is actually Rashmi’s baby, supported by her sister Rajani (not in picture), I just do as much as I can,” smiled Gagan. He has Karma’s plans laid out for the upcoming year. “We want to do a lot more outdoor boot camps, where we take people out to the Rabindra Sarobar Lakes. We are also emphasising on new techniques like Cross Fit, Zumba and MMA to break the monotony,” added the director of Karma Fitness. 

DJ Akash made the dance floor the busiest place of the evening, as he played tracks like Nashe si chadh gayi from Befikre, Closer by The Chainsmokers, Laila main laila from Raees and The humma song from OK Jaanu. “Karma is very special for me and this is the fourth year in a row that I am a part of the birthday bash. The energy was incredible,” said Akash, who got a lifetime membership at the fitness studio.
