Guwahati, Sept. 23: Arunachal Pradesh chief minister Pema Khandu today flagged off 16 ambulances from Naharlagun-based Tomo Riba State Hospital.

He also assured Vodafone India of supporting their mobile and Internet service expansion plans across the state.
