Wangkhei girls drub Kakching


Imphal, March 24: Eastern Sporting Union, Wangkhei, registered their first victory blasting Western Football Academy, Kakching, by 15-0 goals in the 10th Soraisam Ronika Memorial Junior Girls State-Level Football Tournamnt 2015 played at Khuman Lampak main stadium today.

WFA Kakching found the going tough, as the experienced Eastern Sporting Union unleashed their scoring spree.

Lalam Haokip started the onslaught, striking home the first goal in the second minute of play and went on to add seven more goals.

Kashmina scored six goals while Rebika Oinam chipped in with one goal for the one-sided victory.

Eastern Sporting Union held Naharol Yaipha Thourang Club to a 1-1 draw to share a point each in their first match.

Referees' course: The 6th JFA International Refereeing Course 2015 (assistant referee course) will be held at Osaka, Japan, from May 11-15. The expenses will have to borne by the referee. Bio-data and travel schedule should to be sent to AIFF by April 2.
