Diphu, Sept. 3 (PTI): Fourteen militants belonging to three outfits today surrendered, along with arms and ammunition before police in Assamís Karbi Anglong district. They include seven from United Peoples' Liberation Front, four from Karbi National Liberation Army and three of the Karbi Peoples' Liberation Tigers.
