Jorhat defeat Charaideo

Dibrugarh, Aug. 20: Jorhat held their nerve to get the better of Charaideo 5-2 via tie-breaker in the 12th inter-district under-19 women’s football tournament organised by the Doomdooma Sports Association at Doomdooma Town Field in Tinsukia district today. The match had to be decided by a tie-breaker.

Rinkumoni Saikia, Radha Modi, Suravi Rabha and Miranile Barua converted their kicks for Jorhat while only Bhobani could strike the net for Charaideo after Nilima Das and T. Rajkumari could not score.
