The Mobilio, which comes in both petrol and diesel variants, will take on Maruti Suzuki’s Ertiga and General Motors’ Enjoy in the MPV segment.

Petrol variants of the seven-seater will retail between Rs 6.49 lakh and Rs 8.76 lakh, while the diesel versions will be available between Rs 7.89 lakh and Rs 10.86 lakh. Maruti Suzuki’s Ertiga is priced in the range of Rs 5.8 lakh to Rs 8.49 lakh.

In an effort to take on the newest entrant from Honda, industry sources said, Maruti had started giving discounts of as much as Rs 70,000 on its Ertiga model.
