CCCC beat Nowgong

Guwahati, May 27: City Cricket Coaching Centre, Guwahati, registered a 118-run victory over Nowgong Cricket Coaching Centre in their match of the Dilip Sarmah Inter-District Cricket Coaching Centre Under-14 cricket Championship at Nehru Stadium here today.

CCCC were all out for 182 in 38.1 overs. In reply, Nowgong CCC were all out for 64 in 22 overs. Angshuman Katoni scored 34 for CCCC while Sahil Sinha chipped in with 28. Bedabratta Das and Subhan Paul picked up three wickets each.

For the visitors, Aman Hussain scored 18 runs and Bedabratta contributed 14. Anup Bhujel picked up four wickets for 16 runs. The result might, however, be altered if the Nagaon side’s protest against City CCC fielding an overage player is proved right.
