Power theft slur on kid

A one-and-a half-year-old child has been charged with power theft in the West Champar- an district.

The incident came to the fore when a team from Jagdishpur police outpost in the West Champaran district reached Jagdishpur Chowk on Sunday to arrest the five persons named as accused in an FIR lodged by a junior engineer of the North Bihar Power Holding Company Limited.

Three others named in the FIR from the same family were also minors.

The police said the names of the minors would be deleted in the course of investigation.
