Kokrajhar, Jan. 24: Baksa police today recovered 300 cycles meant for distribution among girl students under the chief ministerís special scheme for the year 2012-13.

The bicycles were recovered from the house of Ganesh Das of Subhankahat Bogribari in Baksa. The police said the truck carrying 600 bicycles went missing on November 23 last year after it crossed Chagolia checkgate in Assamís Dhubri district.

The truck was recovered from Kumarikhata in Baksa district on January 4. The truck driver is still untraceable.
