Baisakhi special at Bypass mall

A Baisakhi celebration is on at Mani Square till April 21. The seventh edition of the event will have discounts on food, offers at shops and fun activities to be enjoyed free of cost.

Said Rajat Banerjee, senior manager, marketing and leasing of the mall, off the Bypass: “Since people come here to eat, shop and pass time, we have tried to address all three needs.”

The centrepiece of the festival is the Magic of 51 offer at the foodcourt, where all items will cost Rs 51, except on Sundays and public holidays. KFC and Subway are not part of this deal.

Magic shows, face painting, tattoo, nail art etc. will be on offer during the festive days. Cartoon characters will greet kids. On the foyer outside, bands will hold court every afternoon. On April 19, from 5pm to 7pm, popular singer Somlata Acharya Chowdhury will sing with her band Somlata & the Aces.
