Sanatomba, Surmila hit bullseye

Imphal, Nov. 29: T. Sanatomba of Assam Rifles won gold in the Olympic round of the menís 70-metre archery competition in the ongoing 23rd Senior Archery Championship at Khuman Lampak in Imphal city today.

N. Sanatomba of Assam Rifles won the silver medal.

In the 70-metre womenís Olympic rounds, A. Surmila of SAI won the gold medal.

In the womenís compound 50-metre category, P. Lily Chanu of SAI bagged the gold.

In the menís compound 50-metre category, K. Somen of Manipur Police Club won gold while Ksh. Nikon of Yaiskul Athletics claimed the silver.

The tournament concludes tomorrow.
