East Khasi Hills top group

Shillong, Nov. 23: East Khasi Hills today defeated West Khasi Hills by 110 runs in the last league match of group A to top the tally with four points in the under-25 inter-district cricket tournament, organised by Meghalaya Cricket Association, at Polo ground here.

Opting to bat, East Khasi Hills put up a challenging total of 203 for four wickets in the stipulated 35 overs with Tonmoy Kundu scoring 52 runs.

Vishwash Saini claimed two wickets for West Khasi Hills.

In reply, West Khasi Hills were bundled out for 93 in 25.4 overs with Himangshu Kumar scoring 28 runs.
