Calcutta, Nov. 14: The West Bengal Board of Primary Education today said there would be no deficiency of application forms for recruitment of primary teachers. The forms will be distributed from November 16 to November 30.
If there is a shortage, the forms will be supplied through district-level committees “without delay”, the board said in a statement today.
The forms will also have to be submitted between November 16 and 30.
Applicants in the general category will have to pay Rs 100 for a form. Those in the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe categories will have to pay Rs 25 for a form. SC/ST applicants have been requested to check if the categories are marked in their forms.
The exam will be conducted on the same day throughout Bengal. “So one candidate should choose one district only,” the statement said.
The board requested “all concerned” to cooperate with the authorities.
