May 6 - 24 at 11F Palm Avenue, Calcutta 19; 5 pm - 6 pm: Ananda Shankar Centre for Performing Arts is organising a workshop on impressions of diverse Western Dance Techniques. This includes Jazz, Afro-Caribbean, Graham, Horton and Release techniques. The workshop, to be conduced by Mitali Sinha, Paramita Chakraborty and Varshaa Bardhan, is open to dancers with at least two years’ experience in any dance form. Details at #2247-5997.
