Apple is launching its fourth physical store in India on September 4. Apple Koregaon Park will be located in Pune.

The announcement of the new store comes close on the heels of the inauguration details for its Bengaluru store, which will open on September 2, called Apple Hebbal.

It will be a significant expansion for Apple in India. The company’s first two stores opened in April 2023 — Apple BKC and Apple Saket, in Mumbai and Delhi, respectively.

The barricade for Apple Koregaon Park was revealed on Tuesday, following last week’s reveal in Bengaluru. Once again, the Peacock theme can be seen in the artwork.

At Apple Hebbal and Apple Koregaon Park, customers will be able to explore Apple’s latest product lineup, experience new features, and receive expert support from team members such as Specialists, Creatives, Geniuses, and dedicated Business teams.

Further, customers will also be able to attend Today at Apple sessions at these new store locations. Designed to inspire and educate, Today at Apple helps customers get started with their devices or take their skills further — whether in photography, music, art, or coding — through free events led by Apple Creatives.

For Apple, India is also an important manufacturing hub, highlighting the shift away from China following pandemic-induced shutdowns and the trade war between the US and China.

After the opening of Apple BKC, the company CEO Tim Cook spoke to The Telegraph about the thrill he gets from meeting people who use Apple products in innovative ways. He said: “They make my heart sing because what we are is a toolmaker. To see fashion being designed, to see sustainable bicycles being made, to see creative graphics… it’s just amazing. It wasn’t too many years ago when you would kind of (get) pushed into a career path of an engineer, or a doctor maybe. And now it’s so great that there’s a creative community that’s blossoming out there. It’s quite alive in India.”
