SBI Junior Associate Recruitment: Application deadline extended - Check new date, process

Good news for candidates willing to take up jobs in the government sector.The State Bank of India has extended the last date for submission of application for the post of Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) till December 10. Candidates will be able to submit their applications online at the official website of the State Bank of India at sbi.co.in.

Total Vacancies

A total of 8283 candidates will be recruited for the position.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the position must have obtained a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university. Candidates appearing in their final examination of graduation may also apply, however, if they are selected, candidates will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 31.12.2023.

Age limit

In order to apply for the position, candidates should be above the age of 20 years and not above the age of 28 years as on April 1, 2023. However, candidates belonging to the reserved category will be provided relaxation in age according to government rules.

Application Fee

Candidates belonging to the General/OBC/EWS categories will have to pay an application fee of Rs 750 while SC/ST/PwBD candidates will not have to pay any fees.

Selection process

Candidates will be recruited for the position absolutely on the basis of merit. The selection process will consit of a Preliminary and a Mains Examination and a test of the local language selected by the candidate.

Candidates qualifying the preliminary examination will be called in to appear in the mains exam.
