Youtube chief executive officer Susan Wojcicki has stepped down after nine years at the helm of the video platform, and Neal Mohan, who is of Indian origin, will take over the position.
The 54-year-old, who made the announcement through a blog post, said her focus now will be on "family, health and personal projects" she is passionate about.
Wojcicki was previously senior vice president for ad products at Google.
