Sikkim wine shops reopen amid lockdown

Wine shops opened in Sikkim on Monday, although the Centre has banned the sale of liquor during the lockdown.

The wine stores will be open from 9am to 5pm.

The shops have been asked to ensure social distancing and conduct business with no more than two persons at a time.

Other customers should wait outside or be directed to stores nearby, the government said.
