"Arjun has so many layers. This role was emotionally painful. The way I process my performance... it kept me in that very emotional zone. I still remember the dark circles under my eyes. Soumojit Adak (director) helped me a lot in portraying this character. Along with that, my co-actors also gave me the space and time needed before each scene, which really mattered to me. This story is highly relatable, like the one from the house next door. The songs in the film are also beautiful," said Saurav.

"My shooting experience was really good. Thinking about it now brings back a flood of memories. After hearing and reading the script, I had some basic thoughts in mind about Amrita. I had a rough idea of how the character might be, her background, and a character sketch. Beyond that, I completely trusted my director, Soumojit Adak. I followed everything he said and the way he guided me," said Darshana.

"If I have to talk about memorable moments — there are so many from the shoot of this film. Honestly, this film is very close to my heart. One truly memorable experience was when we shot a song sequence on the Ganges in Srirampore — I still remember that day. It was a lovely day, the weather was beautiful, and we were all floating on a boat, chatting away, and somehow the shoot just happened — it didn’t even feel like work. Every day, we shot at this particular house where there was a huge table. It was more like a dining space, and we would all sit around it like a round table conference, chatting and joking constantly. It was a lot of fun. We used to pull each other’s legs a lot. It’s always a wonderful experience working with Adak. Siddhartha is very different from me. He is extremely responsible, caring, and he has a past. So there are multiple layers to the character, which required some emotional and psychological groundwork," said Rishav Basu.

"This was my first time working with Sauravda, Darshana, Rishav, and the whole team. All of them are far more experienced than I am. So naturally, I was wondering how much I’d be able to do. But from the very first day, I felt like we were all longtime friends. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, the comfort zone created was amazing, and the atmosphere was so positive. We worked in such a beautiful flow that it never felt like we were under pressure. In fact, we finished our work ahead of schedule. My overall experience was extremely positive. Gunjan will always be special to me. The emotional shades that I got to portray through her gave me immense joy as an actor. I’m an emotional person by nature, and emotional stories always draw me in. This character and this story follow an emotional narrative, full of both light and darkness," said Srijani Mitra.
