ISL: East Bengal let in six goals

SC East Bengal let in six goals against an Indian side for the second time after Independence on Saturday.

At the GMC Stadium in Bambolim, East Bengal lost 6-5 to bottom-placed Odisha FC in an ISL VII match.

Doubles from Paul Ramfangzauva (49th, 66th) and Jerry Mawihmingthanga (51st, 67th) enabled Odisha FC to win, with S. Lalhrezuala (33rd) and Diego Mauricio (69th) also chipping in.

Goals from Anthony Pilkington (24th), Aaron Joshua Holloway (60th, 90th), Jeje Lalpekhlua (74th) and an own goal from Ravi Kumar (37th) made up East Bengal’s tally.
