East Bengal receives final agreement from Shree Cement

East Bengal received the final agreement from its investor, Shree Cement, on Monday. “Yes we have received the final agreement. Our lawyers will go through it,” senior club official Debabrata Sarkar said.

“The final agreement has all the incorporations without deviating from the term sheet (signed in early September). Now the club will let us know when it intends to sign the deal,” a representative from the investor said.
