Kajol received a custom-made ‘Potterait’ in Santiniketan

Artist Karishma Siddique Roy got her sketch signed by the actress

Karishma Siddique Roy aka @potteraits is known for sketching beautiful portraits of people who have impacted her with their art. Back in 2022, she organised a standout exhibition, paying tribute to Satyajit Ray’s characters with her pen. On April 1, she was in for a pleasant surprise, as she ran into Kajol in Santiniketan’s Amoli Cafe. Roy promptly got the Bolly actress to sign her sketch and even managed to cram in a picture. Kajol seemed grateful for the beautiful artwork, and thanked Roy for ‘seeing me like this’. In her Instagram post, Roy also gushed about how the actress is just as wonderful in real life, as she is on screen. Who said never meet your heroes?
