Shahana’s shimmer and denim combo is ‘glam meets comfort’ done right

The actress is at the Cannes Film Festival for Sandhya Suri’s film, ‘Santosh’

Do you have a summer party? Take fashion cues from Shahana Goswami’s Cannes look then. The actress has paired an anti-fit high waist denim with a shimmery tube corset. The sweetheart neckline has added a dash of oomph to the look. The colourful shrug has added more volume to the outfit too. From the focus on the eye makeup, keeping the base light to the statement earring — Shahana’s Cannes day look is exactly how glam should meet comfort. 

The Rock On!! actress is at the Cannes Film Festival for Sandhya Suri’s Santosh. The film also marks Sunita Rajwar’s Cannes debut. Santosh, a crime drama, has been selected under the Un Certain Regard section of the film festival, and Shahana plays the titular role in the film. Santosh is a story of a widow, who starts working as a police constable — a job that her husband had earlier. The film delves into Santosh’s journey, as her idealism starts clashing with the harsh truth of everyday workings.
