Acne-prone skin can be very tricky to heal especially if your skin is sensitive to certain chemicals. Malini Adapureddy’s skincare brand Deconstruct offers an Acne Control Serum which reduces acne and breakouts and also works towards minimising acne marks and spots. The formula uses potassium azeloyl diglycinate, which works better than pure azelaic acid and azelaic acid cream, even at lower concentrations.

The water-based formula can be light and is fit for daily use. It can also work for spot treatment. Although, if your skin is overly sensitive you can always try a patch test, to sample the product.
