Aartsy’s fourth birthday made special with new menu additions and more

Artsy has introduced new merchandise — from posters and tote bags to mugs and coasters — designed by Artsy’s sister organisation Kwazi Design. The merchandise features three themes — ‘Facades of Calcutta’, Animals and ‘Moments in Coffee’. On December 4 there will also be a session of Wall Mural Painting, 5pm onwards. As Artsy — Coffee & Culture turns four, the founders have decided to gift their patrons a new ride of flavours. The menu additions include salads, mains, desserts and beverages, among other exciting inclusions.

Mascarpone Mousse with Blueberry Compote: Mascarpone, cream, a sticky blueberry garnish with frosted almonds — doesn’t that sound yummy? This one is for all those who love something fresh yet creamy to satiate their sweet cravings. B. Halder

Risotto Ai Fungi: Your taste buds will be a happy guest at the risotto party, thanks to this wholesome dish, made with Arborio rice, shiitake, button mushroom, fresh cream and white wine. B. Halder

Sweet Potato Brava: Crispy fried sweet potato, spicy marinara sauce, Manchego cheese and aioli, served in a hot skillet, is the warm touch you need for your winter brunch. B. Halder

Truffle Chicken with Baby Potato: These oven-roasted chicken in white truffle, with wild shiitake and mushroom sauce, is served with roasted baby potato. This dish is flavourful and will make you hungry for more! B. Halder

Profiteroles Your Way: The owners and founders of the cafe tasted this one on a vacation and were left licking their fingers. So, this had to be on the menu. The classic choux pastry dessert, filled with mascarpone or espresso cream and a generous dose of chocolate sauce, is a must-have. B. Halder

Ca Phe Da (Vietnamese Coffee): This traditional Vietnamese coffee is poured through a filter, over condensed milk, and is either served warm or with loads of ice. B. Halder

Apple Avocado and Arugula Salad: Made with red and green apples, avocado, arugula, roasted walnut, and tahini cayenne vinaigrette, this is served with a piece of crispy garlic bread. B. Halder

“We are introducing an ‘Italian Bar’ with a range of pastas and risottos, made with original Italian recipes. We have also introduced something called Artsy Plates that are fit for a wholesome meal,” said Manjyot Kaur, co-owner, Artsy — Coffee & Culture.
