Stepping into their 20s, Kasan - Flavours of India, introduced a month-long food festival that features its top 20 dishes from the last two decades. An amalgamation of its classics and current favourites, there are items like Veg Cornflake Kebabs, Chilli Turkey Aloo, Malai Broccoli, Flavours of India Special Paneer, Garlic Parmesan Wings, Mutton Butter Fry, Gondhoraj Panko Fried Fish, Malai Chilli Chicken, Sharabi Jhinga, Chicken Coastal Kebab and more. Enjoy them with cocktails like Aegon Negroni, Green Goblin, Long Island Ice Tea, Litchi Colada, Margarita, Strawberry Chamomile Martini and Strawberry Mojito.
