Chief minister Hemant Soren on Saturday tweeted that he was impressed with Delhi state government’s initiatives in education and health and inspired to implement similar programmes in Jharkhand.
His tweet comes after meeting Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on Friday.
“It was a pleasure to meet Shri @ArvindKejriwal ji Chief Minister of Delhi & extend warm wishes from Jharkhand. We also discussed about the stellar public education & health initiatives undertaken by @AamAadmiParty govt. Inspired to implement similar initiatives in Jharkhand,” Hemant tweeted.
Hemant, sworn in on December 29, reached Dumka on Saturday. Elected MLA from Dumka, Hemant was greeted by thousands, and paid his respect to the statues of tribal icons Sido-Kanhu, Swami Vivekananda and Bhimrao Ambedkar, his choices loaded with significance.
