CPI general secretary D. Raja on Saturday said Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal owed an explanation on what made him allow Kanhaiya Kumar’s prosecution on the charge of sedition.

“Kejriwal himself had said the video on Kumar was a doctored one after sedition charges were framed against him in 2016,” Raja told reporters here.
