Actress Richa Chadha is set to headline the India-UK production Ainaa alongside British actor William Moseley.
The social drama will be helmed by debutante director Markus Meedt and produced by Big Cat Films UK. Set between India and the UK, the movie will explore the impact of violence caused by war on humans and society.
“I’m excited to be working in a new part of the world. Putting together an impressive crew with the best of talent from across India and the UK, the film is truly going to be a collaborative effort that deals with such an important subject. We are currently in London prepping for the film with the shooting expected to commence from June 2,” said Richa.
Earlier, Richa had headlined the critically acclaimed Indo-French productionMasaan and Indie film Love Sonia. The actress is soon going to be seen in the third instalment of comedy franchise Fukrey and also as one of the leads in the highly anticipated Netflix series Heeramandi by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
