Sharmila Tagore talked about Saif Ali Khan’s college escapade with an air hostess, making the latter plead innocence in a fun-filled teaser of Karan Johar-hosted Koffee with Karan Season 8’s latest episode, dropped by Disney+ Hotstar on December 25.
“Saif, you are looking bewildered,” commented host Karan Johar at the beginning of the promo that presents the mother-son duo on the couch for the first time. Saif replied with his characteristic dry humour, “As I am often on this couch.”
As the trio delved into Saif's college days, Sharmila shared a humorous anecdote about Saif, revealing that he had once skipped college to take an air hostess on a date. Defending himself, Saif mentioned that such dalliances had been exaggerated. The banter continued when Sharmila playfully asked Karan to reprimand Saif for interrupting her and Saif insisted on having his own episode.
Earlier in the season, Saif's wife Kareena Kapoor Khan and daughter Sara Ali Khan had graced the show in separate episodes.
