Shah Rukh Khan sets the dance floor on fire as he grooves with Nayanthara and his girl gang to the foot-tapping beats of Not Ramaiya Vastavaiya, the latest Jawan song dropped by the makers on Tuesday.
The two-minute-50-second-long video shows a bearded Shah Rukh in an all-black outfit dancing with Nayanthara who looks gorgeous in a slit dress. The duo perform renditions of Shah Rukh’s iconic dance steps.
Sanya Malhotra, one of the girl gang members in Jawan, also appears in the music video for a brief period. Sporting a green top, the Dangal actress aces her dance moves.
The new song isn’t a remix of the popular track Ramaiya Vastavaiya, sung by Lata Mangeshkar and Mohammed Rafi for the Raj Kapoor and Nargis-starrer Shree 420. Instead, it’s a rollicking party number by Anirudh Ravichander, Vishal Dadlani and Shilpa Rao.
Choreographed by Vaibhavi Merchant, Not Ramaiya Vastavaiya offers a mix of Shah Rukh’s signature dance moves and Nayanthata’s grace and elegance. The Bollywood freestyle dance captures the free-flowing nature of the lyrics penned by Kumaar.

Helmed by Atlee Kumar, Jawan is a Red Chillies Entertainment presentation produced by Gauri Khan and Gaurav Verma. The movie also features Vijay Sethupathi in an important role and Deepika Padukone in a cameo.
Jawan is slated to release on September 7 in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu languages.
