Janhvi Kapoor recently turned up in New Delhi for the promotion of her film Mr. and Mrs. Mahi co-starring Rajkummar Rao. The actress enjoyed her trip to the capital city and took some time off her busy schedule to twirl in a cricket-themed sari in front of the India Gate. Take a look.
Janhvi dazzled in front of the India Gate in her red-and-white saree that has embroidered designs of cricket balls on the fringe.
Janhvi’s radiant smile was complemented by subtle nude makeup and her minimalistic appearance.
Mr. and Mrs. Mahi follows a failed cricketer named Mahendra (played by Rajkummar), who turns coach for his wife Mahima (played by Janhvi). Directed by Sharan Sharma, the film is backed by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions.
Mr. & Mrs. Mahi marks the second collaboration between Rajkummar and Janhvi, following their 2021 horror comedy Roohi. It is slated to release on May 31.
Janhvi shared “before” and “after” pictures on her Instagram story. The first picture shows her decked-up look before the promotional event, while the other shows her at the end of the day.
