Gumraah
T-Series on Thursday unveiled the official trailer of its upcoming Hindi crime thriller film Gumraah. Directed by Vardhan Ketkar, it stars Aditya Roy Kapur, Mrunal Thakur and Ronit Roy in the lead roles.
The two-minute-23-second-long trailer begins with a murder on a rainy night. Police arrest a suspect (Aditya) in connection with the case but soon the suspect’s doppelganger appears at the police station, causing confusion. Now the police have to unravel the mystery surrounding the whole situation.
Gumraah will arrive in cinemas on April 7.
Renfield
Universal Pictures on Wednesday late evening dropped the final trailer of its upcoming horror comedy film Renfield. Directed by Chris McKay, the movie is based on characters from Bram Stoker's 1897 novel Dracula. It stars Nicholas Hoult as the titular character alongside Nicolas Cage as Count Dracula.
In the two-minute-26-second-long trailer, we see Dracula inducting Renfield as his assistant. Years later, Renfield wants to get away from Dracula and start a normal life. However, Dracula does not like this idea and unleashes an army of demons on Renfield and everyone he cares about.
Renfield will hit the cinemas on April 14.
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers- Once & Always
Netflix has dropped the official trailer for its upcoming special film Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always. Inspired by the iconic franchise's slogan ‘Once a Ranger, always a Ranger,’ the film stars Walter Emanuel Jones, David Yost, Catherine Sutherland, Steve Cardenas, Karan Ashley and Johnny Yong Bosch.
The one-minute-39-second-long trailer shows the legendary Power Rangers fighting their long-time nemesis, Rita Repulsa, who has acquired a powerful new robot body. In a surprising twist, newcomer Charlie Kersh is introduced as Trini’s daughter. The team now has to come together to save the world.
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always will be streaming on Netflix from April 19.
Chengiz
Grassroot Entertainment on Thursday shared the official Hindi teaser of its upcoming Bengali-Hindi bilingual action film Chengiz. Directed by Rajesh Ganguly and Neeraj Pandey, the film stars Jeet, Susmita Chatterjee and Rohit Roy in the lead roles.
The 50-second-long teaser introduces us to Chengiz, played by Jeet. It seems like Jeet plays a crime boss with a compelling origin story in the film. The teaser also shows glimpses of action and violence.
Chengiz will hit the theatres on April 21.
