I look better with zero diet

1. Stopped: Junk food, bottled drinks, sweets.

2. Cut down: On portions. For breakfast I have two cups of black coffee, two bananas and some dry fruits. For lunch I have 50 gms white rice, eggs or chicken. Black coffee and a cheese cube for snack. In the evening a simple dinner.

3. Increased: Sabzi, dal and salad portions.

4. Can’t get: The protein supplements, on which we would spend thousands. But believe me, I am looking and feeling better without them!

5. Started on: Regularity. Before I was irregular with my meals. No longer.

My new habits are transforming me, in my body, and mind.
