It’s 2018 and if your friend, or someone in the family, is getting married, reds and wines are no longer the staple. Take a cue from the bridesmaid lookbook we put together, with actress Sauraseni Maitra slipping into outfits by fashion label Garo. Designers Sweta Tantia and Priyangsu Maji say, 'With destination weddings becoming so popular, people want lighter but handcrafted ensembles that they can carry around. Functional is the key word.' Our model, actor Sauraseni Maitra, says, 'I would definitely want to look good, because that’s where all the hot men are! My personal style is minimal, so I loved these three looks.'

(Meanwhile, have a look at these bridal ensembles by Ritu Kumar and four designs for the bridegroom)
