Regular use of a lotion and moisturiser should be a part of any good skin regimen. Choose a lotion with plenty of vitamins. Also use a lotion that is oil free, non comedogenic (won’t clog pores), tested for allergy and by dermatologists.

WHEN TO MOISTURISE

The most important times to use a moisturiser are after a bath, shave or exfoliation. It should be done twice in a day.

MOISTURISING HELPS REPAIR

The skin on your face, ears, neck and chest are sensitive to environmental changes. These areas also shed cells more rapidly than other parts of the body and therefore need moisture to repair themselves. Also the massaging at the time of applying lotion helps blood circulation and new cell generation.
