A contemporary ethnic wear spring-summer collection for women by PRAHNAAYA, a Calcutta label, is about stylishness, silhouettes, vibrancy and the fullness of nature. Look at the palash flowers.

The label was launched about a year ago by Preeti Aneja Ghosh and Lhamu Palzong Bhutia became a partner in November. The designs of the spring-summer collection, SS20, titled Boho.Me, are constructed in cohesive colours in Bandhini- and Batic-inspired prints, which come in lively colours, and are on fine as well as textured satin. In line with recent trends, the collection caters to comfort and the styles resonate in modern boho silhouettes.

Boho.Me showcases voluminous anti-fit tops with alternative twists for the tucked-in looks at the waist, which makes the complete design highly functional. Coordinated with skirts or other bottoms in cohesive prints, they are a modern take on the traditional dhoti/lungi patterns. The capacious sleeves are an infusion of comfort and style.
