Sahil Dahiya currently owns a successful e-commerce business of drop shipping. While major credit for it goes to his own hard work, dedication and passion, he feels it's not possible without a team that is equally passionate. "Make sure you hire individuals who are ambitious just like you. They should know how to understand and implement the clients' needs in their work. Communication plays a crucial role in the functioning of any team. So, make sure there's enough communication between you, your team members and the clients," he says.
Sahil also gives excellent advice to upcoming entrepreneurs who want to make it big. He says, "Just believe in yourself, your goals and start today. If you are confident, nothing else can stop you. Embrace failure and learn from it to avoid repeating the same mistakes. If you really want to become an entrepreneur, think like one. You have to put in lots of efforts and focus on your well-being."
Apart from his e-commerce business, Sahil is actively making most of the upcoming technologies like blockchain. He is an active crypto investor and works in NFT marketing.
