Gone are the days of “chalk and talk” method of teaching. With the pandemic ushering in blended and hybrid learning, LCGVM has partnered with Microsoft Education to bring about a more effective modern classroom. All 70 classrooms in the school are equipped with state-of-the-art Wi-Fi enabled touchscreen smart boards.
Teachers create assignments and quizzes, collaborate virtually in real-time, do grading and provide personalised feedback. To ensure that no child misses out, lessons are also recorded and made available online. Animated videos and interactive simulations precede any laboratory work to reduce instruction time and increase hands-on practice duration. The school is also using Cloud computing software powered by Entab® Campus Care to usher in a new age of learning in close partnership with parents.
