GEN NEXT 2022: Aditya Academy organises their Annual Function

Aditya Academy Group of Schools held their Annual Function “Gen Next 2022” on 19 and 20 December 2022 at EZCC ground. The event took place in the gracious presence of Managing Director, Ms Roshni Aditya and Director Aditya, Academy Group of Schools Mrs Sabita Saha.

Students from the 11 branches of Aditya Academy Group of Schools mesmerised everyone with their performances inspired from various festivals across the globe, like Adelaide Festival’ Australia; Rio De Janeiro, Maruni festival of Nepal, Brazil; Mombasa Festival, Africa; St. Patrick’s Day, Ireland; Whirling Dervishes Festivals, Turkey; Moscow Golden Mask Festival, Russia; Dragon Festival,China; Bhasha Dibosh, Bangladesh. Indian festivals like Bihu; Onam, Kerala; Ganesh Chaturthi, Maharashtra; Durgotsav, West Bengal were also displayed.

Giving strict competition to the students, the teachers of the school also amazed everyone with their jaw-dropping performances. This was followed by a Fashion show and Prize distribution ceremony.

Speaking on the occasion, Mrs. Roshni Aditya, Managing Director of Aditya Group said, “Festivals are occasions to empower ourselves in the course of humanity - they are the occasions to rekindle the promise of humanity in our heart - the promise that we keep forgetting in the cacophony of mundane things.”

Commenting at the same event, Mrs. Sabita Saha, Director of Schools, Aditya Academy Group of Schools added, “Throughout the world there are celebrations reflecting nature's rhythm, important transitions, and significant moments in our life. We celebrate these to sustain and renew ourselves. It is rightly said that 'the greatness of a culture can be found in its festivals.”

The event was also graced by the presence of alumni who are now working in different fields as engineers, doctors and artists. Their felicitation was a major part of this event.
