Villains of Spidey’s past reunite in ‘No Way Home’ trailer

The official Spider-Man trailer brings in the multiverse villains, but where are its heroes?

After an epic teaser trailer followed by endless teasing, Marvel has finally dropped the official trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home, and it is jam-packed with villains, so much so that it feels like a Sinister Six dream coming true. Several antagonists from former Spidey flicks -- both Sam Raimi and Marc Webb ones -- join the party, including Alfred Molina’s Doctor Octopus, Willem Dafoe’s Green Goblin, Thomas Haden Church’s Sandman, Rhys Ifan’s Lizard and Jamie Foxx’s Electro; making the 3 minute clip a rush of nostalgia. Benedict Cumberbatch brings a touch of magic to the film which also teases some new Spidey suits. While we get just bare glimpses of the action, it promises to deliver on Tom Holland’s claim that the film will feature some of the most jaw dropping action from any Spider-Man film yet. 

After the leaked pictures we were hoping to see a glimpse of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garflied as different Peter Parkers from the multiverse but we are sure they will show up somewhere.  

For now, the wait till December 17 feels like forever.
