The dinos return! Check out the first look from the ‘Jurassic World’ sequel

Scarlett Johansson, Jonathan Bailey and Mahershala Ali will join the epic franchise

After what feels like an endless wait, the next instalment of the Jurassic World franchise is finally coming!

Universal Pictures recently released some first look frames from the upcoming, Jurassic World Rebirth, which is scheduled to hit theatres on July 2, 2025. The film will be set five years after the previous entry in the franchise, Jurassic World Dominion, and has roped in huge names like Scarlett Johansson, Jonathan Bailey and Mahershala Ali. The story will revolve around an elite team, which undertakes a mission to find the DNA samples of the three biggest dinosaurs left on the planet, who could potentially lead to a huge medical breakthrough. The first frame shared by Universal Pictures shows Johansson and Bailey covering behind some bushes, as if examining a massive dinosaur undercover. The second one shows Ali in military garb, trapped in a scream with a flaming torch held in his hands, as if signalling towards some extreme danger. We can’t wait to experience this drama on the big screen.
