‘The Archies’ trailer is finally out!

The clip offers a peek into Zoya Akhtar’s vibrant Riverdale

Have you ever asked yourself, ‘What if Archie, Betty, Veronica, Jughead, Reggie, Ethel and Dilton were living in India?’ or ‘What if Riverdale was a desi hill station?’ 

Netflix India released the trailer for The Archies, offering a sparkling look into Zoya Akhtar’s reimagining of the iconic American comic book series. The clip features a group of attractive teenagers trying to navigate high school romance and friendship while seeking a higher purpose. They find this unifying cause, when a local park is about to be torn down by a businessman.

Despite the extremely elite setting, their conflict feels relatable to the core. Starring Agastya Nanda, Suhana Khan, Khushi Kapoor, Mihir Ahuja, Vedang Raina, Aditi Saigal and Yuvraj Menda, we can’t wait to immerse ourselves into Riverdale, come December 7.
