‘Good Omens - Season 2’ has a release date now

Michael Sheen and David Tennant are returning for the fantasy comedy

No one does fantasy quite like Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett. Their 1990 novel, Good Omens is one of the most iconic pieces of art in the genre, and its six-episode small-screen adaptation by Prime Video expanded the universe in a hilarious way. 

The streaming platform recently announced that it would return for yet another six part season, selecting July 28 as the magic date. 

We can’t wait to see Michael Sheen and David Tennant reprise their electric dynamic as Aziraphale and Crowley, and since this season is based entirely on ideas that Gaiman and Pratchett discussed but never incorporated, we can’t wait to see how the show breaks new ground.
